Payment:
We require a credit card to confirm your reservation. You will be charged the full amount at time of booking by RailsNW. Please note that a processing fee of $5 is charged per person.
Changes and Cancellations:
Reservations are non-refundable, changeable, or transferable, unless the trip is canceled by DME or RailsNW, in such case we will process a full refund within three weeks. Please note that train equipment and musical guests are subject to change and you will be notified should that be the case; however, we will not give a refund in these instances.
Smoking Policy:
No smoking is permitted onboard the train.
Handicapped accessibility:
This is a vintage train and as such, offers no handicapped accessible facilities. You must be able to climb stairs to board the train.
Note: RailsNW is only acting as your agent in making this trip possible, and assumes no responsibility or liability for problems of any kind involving the train, meal service, entertainment, or any other components of this trip which are outside of our immediate control. Furthermore, we retain the right to substitute equipment, change the itinerary as needed, or to cancel the trip all together if we need to because of safety, contractual or any other situation which might arise in advance or during the trip. Motive power, passenger service cars, and operations crew are supplied by the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad and Port of Tillamook Bay Railroad. Tracks are the property of Port of Tillamook Bay Railroad. |
