 General Information
Ticket and merchandise pick-up will be at Freighthouse Square. Once inside, follow directions to The Polar Express holiday store. Arrive early so you can enjoy the stores, restaurants and holiday festivities. Check out their website, freighthousesquare.com, to see all they have to offer. Boarding will begin 30 minutes before train departure. Listen for the announcement and follow an elf to the start of a fantasy adventure. In the story, children taking this magical train ride are awakened from their beds on Christmas Eve. Join the fun by bringing your children in their pajamas too. Adults are also welcome to join in the PJ party fun.

Merchandise
We will take orders for Polar Express™ merchandise when you order tickets and you can pick it up on the day of your trip at our Polar Express™ Store in Freighthouse Square. If you miss this opportunity there will be merchandise available for sale at our Polar Express™ Store in Freighthouse Square. What to wear
