• $100 non-refundable deposit per person is charged at time of booking.
• Price, schedule and trip components are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required for confirmation.
• Final payment 45 days in advance of departure will be charged automatically to card on file.
• No refund for changes or cancellations within 45 days before the arrival. Outside 45 days, Deposit is non-refundable
• We accept Visa, MC and Discover.
• Please complete and return FAM registration form asap. Without UCC form returned within 7 days of booking, you are not confirmed on the trip.
• We will all meet in El Paso in the lobby for registration at 5:00pm, make sure to arrange flights accordingly.
• Returning flights should not be booked before 3:00 pm
