Mining Steam of China
14 days / 11 nights
The end of steam is near in China. Mainline steam is all but gone now and branchline steam is fast disapearing. The one bright spot is the mining railroad which still have quite a large fleet of active steam locomotives. During our two week tour we will visit and photograph the steam operated mining railroads in Jalianur, Haerbin, Huanan, Hegang, Jiamusi, Teifa, and Shenyang. The latest report has some 100 steam locomotives in operation at these seven locations. This tour will start in Beijing on March 25 and return back to Beijing on April 7.

Tour Includes: All meals - All lodging - Fully escorted - Workshop Visits - Airport Transfers - Trackside photography
