Day 1: VLADIVOSTOK
Passengers are met at the Vladivostok airport and transferred to the four-star Hotel Hyundai for a one-night stay. Welcome reception dinner.
 Day 2: VLADIVOSTOK
Today’s city tour includes the major military attractions of this once “closed-to-foreigners” city. An evening departure of our private Trans-Siberian Express train.
 Day 3: KHABAROVSK
After our morning arrival in Khabarovsk we visit the Natural History Museum by the Amur River. We re-board the train as we head west, never far from the Chinese border, and enjoy the relaxed pace aboard our exclusive Trans-Siberian Express train.
 Day 4: ON BOARD
A full day spent on the train where you can enjoy the comfort, space and service available on board.
 Day 5: ULAN UDE
Arrival in Ulan Ude, capital of the Buryat republic. A fascinating change of people and faces greet us as we tour the area and travel by coach to the Village of Old Believers. The day’s attraction includes a concert featuring local dancers and musicians.
 Day 6: ULAAN BAATAR
Morning arrival in the capital of Mongolia, Ulaan Baatar. We visit the National History Museum. Lunch in a Ger (Yurt) restaurant. Free time in the afternoon or an optional visit to Gorkhi-Terelj National Park. We board the train in time for dinner as we head back into Russia.
 Day 7: ON BOARD
A full day on board allows guests to sit back and relax enjoying the phenomenal views of the Baikal region.
 Day 8: LAKE BAIKAL
A fantastic day’s adventure as we wind our way through tunnels and round cliffs along the shoreline of the world’s largest freshwater lake, Lake Baikal. We stop at one of the bays and have a barbeque off the train at the water’s edge. We visit Listvyanka, a small Baikal village nestled at the base of the surrounding hills. *** For a completely different experience, witness the lake at its most beautiful during winter departures. A huge frozen and snow-covered lake allows guests the opportunity to participate in our winter activities program, such as Siberian Husky dog-sledding and ski-dooing.
 Day 9 IRKUTSK
Arrival in the “Paris of Siberia,” Irkutsk. Our day-long tour includes a cultural immersion of the major sights and museums of this fascinating city. We also see the classic wooden architecture that this area is renowned for.
 Day 10: ON BOARD
As we head west, you spend another day on board our private train. Passing Krasnoyarsk you are above Burma, Thailand and Malaysia.
 Day 11: NOVOSIBIRSK
We stop in this modern “Soviet” city where we see the famous Opera House, Lenin Square and River Ob, which flows 3,500 miles from its source to the Arctic.
 Day 12: YEKATERINBURG
Yekaterinburg, the last city in Asia and the capital of the Urals. Our city tour includes the Romanov execution site and the Urals Mineralogical Museum. We cross the Europe/Asia divide shortly after departure.
 Day 13: KAZAN
We spend the day in Kazan, the beautiful capital of Tatarstan on Volga river.
 Day 14: MOSCOW
Mid-morning arrival in Moscow. We spend the full day touring the amazing sites of this vibrant city, including Red Square and the Kremlin. We transfer to a five-star hotel (either the Baltschug Kempinski or Metropol) for a one-night stay. We have our final farewell gala dinner and reception in St Basil’s.
 Day 15: MOSCOW
After breakfast in the hotel, free time in the rapidly-changing Russian capital brings our tour to an end. Airport transfers provided for passengers connecting to international flights.
