Detailed information
The popularity of Bath as an exclusive retreat has remained for centuries, an elegant city where ancient treasures and modern fashions combine. Visit the historic city of Bath were the hot springs first attracted the Romans to build the spa of Aqua Sulis, the remains of the baths and other archaeological finds are still present today. The Baths are one of many great attractions to be housed within the boundaries of the city.

A delicious brunch with Bucks Fizz is served on your outward journey to Bath. On arrival you will be met by guides who will accompany you on a coach tour of this elegant city, after which your time is free to explore the many and varied unusual shops Bath has to offer - arts and crafts shops, galleries and antiques shops, designer labels and the speciality food shops. Time and energy permitting, you may also like to sample the delights of the Roman Baths, the Regency Pump room, or one of the other historic attractions for which Bath is famous.

You are asked to make your own way back to the station (approximately 10 minute walk). On your return journey to London Victoria, after a glass of champagne, you will be served a four course dinner with half a bottle of wine.

Rail News & Updates

The Orient-Express
The British Pullman takes its name from George Mortimer Pullman, an American, who in 1864 built The Pioneer, the first railway carriage designed with true comfort for the passenger. The later creation of the Pullman Car Company in 1882 led to his domination of luxury train travel in Britain from that time onwards.
