Changes
Changes are permitted to rail, only bookings up to 14 days before your trip date for a modest $16 per person fee. No changes are possible within 14 days of your scheduled arrival in Williams. Packages are subject to a $32 per person change fee.
Cancellations
Cancellations are permitted to rail, hotel and tour bookings up to 14 days before your trip date for a 25% cancellation fee ($35 per person minimum). No cancellations are possible within 14 days of your scheduled arrival in Williams.
Hotels and fees
When booking hotels outside of our standard packages a hotel booking fee will apply.
If you have booked your own hotel at the south rim, please notify us so that we can arrange for a bag transfer to your hotel. there will be a baggage transfer fee charged for this service. Please be aware, if you do not opt for this service you will be required to hand carry your luggage onto the train.
Pricing on groups of 20 or more include baggage handling fees and gratuities.
If you are delayed or unable to arrive as planned, you may be charged if you do not notify us on day of arrival.
