If you are going to Alaska to see glaciers, this is the train ride for you! The Glacier Discovery Train takes you into the Grandview Valley passing Spencer, Trail and Bartlett Glaciers, amidst alpine meadows and dramatic scenery. A Forest Service naturalist guide will be onboard to point out  the highlights. Dining services available onboard. Don't forget your camera and a warm jacket. A motorcoach will be waiting at the Portage stop to transport you back to Anchorage.
