Itinerary
Detailed day by day information
Day 1: Seward - Denali
Depart your cruise in Seward by motor coach in the morning for Denali. In the evening, explore this beautiful area at your leisure. With six million acres, Denali National Park & Preserve is larger than Massachusetts. Located in the heart of Alaska’s magnificent and rugged interior, the park is home to majestic Mt. McKinley, North America’s highest mountain. The Park also features glaciers, a sub-arctic ecosystem and an internationally designated biosphere preserve with moose, caribou, Dall sheep, grizzly bears and wolves. Overnight in Denali.

Day 2: Denali
Join us on the Natural History Tour to explore the natural wonders of Denali National Park. The Natural History Tour offers you a quick taste of some of the six million acres in Denali National Park. Private vehicles can navigate the first 14 miles into Denali, and this guided bus tour will continue just past that point to mile 19. It may be enough of a glimpse to convince you how pristine and special this place really is. Much of the day will be free for you to participate in park-sponsored activities or optional tours that we can arrange for you. Overnight in Denali.

Day 3: Denali - Anchorage
Catch up on all your last-minute sightseeing in Denali before boarding the luxurious domed McKinley Explorer railcars for your journey to Alaska’s largest city, Anchorage. Enjoy the beautiful scenery that passes by you and perhaps be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of majestic Mt. McKinley. Anchorage provides many opportunities for entertainment with access to some of the freshest seafood in the world, which Alaska chefs offer up in a variety of mouth-watering creations. From plump, cold-water Kachemak Bay oysters, to Alaska king crab, fresh-caught halibut, and wild Alaska salmon – the staple of Alaska seafood, Anchorage has it all! The city is also home to Alaska's largest selection of quality Alaska Native art and souvenirs such as finely crafted ivory, Native masks, and carved jade. And no sales tax! Overnight in Anchorage.

Day 4: Anchorage
We'll transport you to the airport and say good-bye until next time.

This tour includes: 3 nights hotel accommodations. Ship and airport transfers. Natural History Tour. This tour is not escorted and does not include meals.
