Reservations: While every effort will be made to book the train, departure time, type of seating, and/or bus arrangements as requested, we reserve the right to book alternate space as needed. If your departure choices are full, we will attempt to book you on another train that same day. If nothing is available that day, we will notify you of available options by email or phone. Final price includes all applicable taxes and fees.
Children:
Kids under 4 can travel for free without occupying a seat. However, we
highly recommend booking a seat for anyone older than 2.
Terms
and Conditions: Changes made to reservations are subject to a
fee of $16.00 per ticket. Refunds/Cancellations are subject to a fee of
25% ($35 minimum per person). Changes and cancellation
requests must be phoned into our office at least 14 days before
departure. Trips are non-refundable/changeable within 14 days of departure. |
