Tuesday - Brisbane to Charleville
Depart Brisbane aboard The Westlander to Charleville. Overnight: The Westlander

Wednesday - Charleville
Arrive Charleville and join a town tour. Visit the Royal Flying Doctor Service, the historic Corones Hotel. Take in the stars at a Twilight show at the Cosmos Centre. Overnight: Charleville (L, D)

Thursday - Charleville & Ray Station
Discover living history at Myendetta Station. We travel west to Colac Station then onto Quilpie to visit the unique Opal Alter. Tonight, enjoy a campfire dinner. Overnight: Ray Station. (B, L, D)

Friday - Ray Station
Join a tour of Ray Station, see the Durack tree and the family cemetery, and be entertained tonight with bush poetry. Overnight: Ray Station (B, L, D)

Saturday - Ray Station to Longreach
Travel through the Lake Eyre Basin, home to the mighty Cooper Creek and Australia’s largest inland river system and take in the outback vista from the red sandhills. Overnight: Longreach (B, L, D)

Sunday - Longreach
Visit the Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame and Qantas Founders Outback Museum. Enjoy a sunset cruise on the Thomson River with dinner under the Outback night skies. Overnight: Longreach. (B, L, D)

Monday - Longreach to Brisbane
Depart Longreach on Spirit of the Outback back to Brisbane. Overnight: Spirit of the Outback.

Tuesday - Brisbane
Arrive in Brisbane this morning.
