Winter Tour: Hot Springs Get Away
5 days / 4 nights

Enjoy two of Alaska's largest cities and a relaxing spa getaway. Conclude your tour in Anchorage, a vibrant, eclectic metropolis with a frontier spirit, located in the heart of the great Alaska wilderness. Embraced by six mountain ranges and warmed by a maritime climate, Anchorage Alaska is alive year round with culture, adventure, recreation, and wildlife and sightseeing opportunities.
Itinerary
Detailed day by day information
Day 1: Friday - Fairbanks
Arrive in Fairbanks and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at the Chena Hot Springs Resort.

Day 2: Saturday - Fairbanks
Free day at the Resort. Enjoy a soak in the natural outdoor hot springs adult rock lake or indoor pool with children, visit the world's only year-round Aurora Ice Museum, take a dog cart ride or guided ATV tour, or take the free renewable energy tour daily at 6PM. Overnight at Chena Hot Springs Resort.

Day 3: Sunday - Fairbanks to Anchorage
Transfer to the rail depot and board the Aurora Train and enjoy the beautiful Alaskan winter scenery on your journey to Anchorage. Upon arrival in this vibrant, eclectic city, transfer to the Anchorage Grand Hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Monday - Anchorage
Free day in Anchorage. Explore Alaska’s capital and largest city, and take in the brilliantly decorated storefronts in the city and the museums and galleries. After a full day of shopping and exploring, return to the Anchorage Grand Hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 5: Tuesday - Anchorage
Your tour ends as you transfer to the airport for your return flight home.
