The matchless vistas showcased aboard our luxurious McKinley Explorer, and the kind of service that goes above and beyond, enhance your adventure.

You can customize your itinerary with a variety of modifications to make your Alaska vacation your own. The following is just one of many possible itineraries this package allows- enjoy!

Day 1: Anchorage
We'll pick you up at the airport and transfer you to your Anchorage hotel. Overnight in Anchorage.

Day 2: Anchorage – Denali
Journey between the mountains of the spectacular Alaska and Talkeetna ranges on an incomparable sightseeing experience aboard our luxurious McKinley Explorer domed rail-cars. Take in the wide-open scenery as you travel through the Matanuska Valley, a farming region known for mammoth vegetables; past colorful towns like Wasilla, billed as the "Home of the Iditarod;" and along scenic rivers like the Susitna, which means "Mother River". By afternoon, you arrive in Denali National Park. Here, you can choose from a wide range of optional activities like river rafting, helicopter flightseeing, or horseback riding. Overnight in Denali.

Day 3: Denali – Anchorage
Take time this morning to choose from one of many complimentary park-sponsored activities and optional Denali tours including: guided hikes plus white-water rafting; fixed-wing flightseeing; and horseback riding. Later, re-board our McKinley Explorer domed rail-cars and return to Alaska's largest city, Anchorage, retracing your journey along the scenic Parks Highway. Your tour ends with a transfer to a downtown hotel.

This tour includes: 2 nights hotel accommodations, and arrival airport transfer only. This service does not include your final hotel accommodation. This tour is not escorted and does not include meals. This service does not include home-city air.
