Approximately 5 hours. Experienced and novice anglers alike can try their luck fishing on the Talkeetna River. Board a specialized jet boat or a raft and travel to a secluded spot to fish in the shadow of Mt. McKinley for king, silver or red salmon, rainbow trout, grayling and Dolly Varden, depending on the season. Your experienced guide knows the river well and takes you to the optimum fishing holes in the area. Most fish caught (except trout) can be filleted, packaged and shipped to your home. (There is an additional charge for these services.)
All fishing equipment, tackle, waders and rain gear are supplied. Meals are not included, but you are welcome to bring a box lunch with you. Your fishing license for the day is not included.
